Hard to follow
From one reference to another, author doesn't guide, direct reader to what problem is or strategy to succeed. Quote, quote, quote.

PRINT JOB IS A MESS!!!! I can't even read the book!
The book has a whole chapter printed with bent and crumpled pages. Usually I'd be like oh well.. but it has made a lot of the pages in this book illegible. I'm so bummed because I was so excited about this book!
