Works well, but heats up fast
Accidentally magnetized a set of cutters, and I hate magnetized tools, so bought because I had lost my old one.Works well, demag-ed my cutters quickly. One reviewer said there were no instructions, but my box had instructions. It did go into thermal shutdown (anything over 60dC) quicker than I expected, and since it's got such a big coil took a while to cool down for use again. For my unbox and first use, plus some oscilloscope traces, search YouTube for "C.K. tries a demagnetizer"

seems to magnetize ok
there were no insructions included. the unit just has 1 momentary switch. its unclear how to demagnetize. I would of thought there would at least have a mode switch if no instructions were included . not even a web address. you can tell the unit is on by the vibration it makes and does magnetize. if some instruction was provided and a mode switch I would of given the 5 stars

No Instructions
I had to wait for an appointment with my chiropractor to figure out how to use this. He suggested I return this as we do not know how to use it. Now my return window is closed. WHERE are the instructions?

Works good if you know how to use it
No latching push-button switch. Push and hold, it is on. Release the button and it is off.Pass the metal object through the hole a few times and it is magnetized. To demagnetize, rub the metal object around the outside diameter of the tool a few times. These, my friends, are the instructions they did not include. At least for the one that I have.
