Cute!
Cute little birthday hats but we’re a little bit difficult to assemble and keep assembled without tearing them. Luckily it came with a lot so we had backup.

Great party hats
Great party hats. Excellent value for the price and extremely vibrant colors. Good size for kids

Hard to Put Together, Good Value
They're good hats, but they were fairly difficult to assemble. Still, the hats worked out after 30 minutes of assembly and they looked good, just a little crumpled from manhandling during the assembly process.

Not premade
It was hard to build the party cone hats, and they were easy to rip.

Quality Is Good
Making the hats into cones takes some time to get the hang of it, you can make some quickly but it does take some practice.

Hard to assemble, breaks easily.
Assembly was so tedious with no instructions trying to assemble these. Also about 10 broke before the party started and many right as the kids were putting them on.

It was easy to assemble and all the kids love them. Nice colors

Shiny and cool looking .But way too difficult to put together and had to use extra tape to hold together
