A Good product
Yes thickness is very good, easy to install too in the bigger pre filter housing for 10 inches. With portable water delivered to us this spoils in a 6 days. So it's technically it is the water's fault. This is good but only lacking is that it doesn't have a screwing top, refixing will be a problem like with the others.It isn't value for money for me if i have to change it again in a month.Water is just so expensive. What a beautiful world!

Not as advertised and feel cheated.
The product thickness is not as advertised and shown in product pictures. This one retails at ₹100 through other local channels.This is a cheating from the seller.

This product is not all good. Read this review before buying. Thanks.
The weight is good, the fit is good BUT the filtration is so bad, that it deceives the buyer cleverly. Explaination is as follows.Just try using it for a week and after a week open it and see. its cross sectional area is full of different separated layers, where the water doesn't go to the whole surface area but passes through the side cross sectional layered areas i.e. the top and bottom areas 4.5 inch thickness area. This i checked by connecting with two different cartridges with first water entrance through ionix then second entrance through a different cartridge inside a transparent housing of the same thickness serially. Then after a week the second transparent housing showed fine mud and dirt in only one week of usage which apparently was showing that the first ionix cartridge was not filtering at all. This led me to open the first cartridge ionix and found that the water inside this housing was clean, the whole surface was clean meaning the water was passing through the ionix cartridge but was not filtering, only the sides are a little bit dirty, that's all. From that day onward i shifted to a different company cartridge, though price was a bit high but filtration was absolutely good, without any side layers. Advice to fellow buyers, weight and fit matters but quality matters the most. Thanks.
