Better than expected
I honestly wasn’t expecting much from these as they were an inexpensive option but I’m impressed. Quality seems as good or even better than others I have in the house. Solid build and sturdy. I just needed to lock the “Santa” closet so didn’t need something super expensive. They are a very good option.One quick install tip… once the two halves are in place to secure them together, the screws needed to do this were already installed in the ends of the locking side. I couldn’t figure out why the screws provided wouldn’t go into holes and notice the holes were plugged with another set of screws.

Watch out for rough metal shards
Pros: The handle was easy to install and looks very pretty. The lock and keys work fine.Cons: the handle had this weird peach colored plastic insert that was an eyesore and wasn't clear if it was meant to stay or be removed. Around it there was unpolished and unsanded metal that cut my finger when installing. I worried it might cut someone when using it, so I had to get a metal file and sand down the rough edges. It's fine now, but definitely not an ideal feature.It also isn't the most comfortable of grips. It is much more angular and sharp-edged than my previous handle, which likely made that more notable.

Quite an improvement over the knob type
I bought my house in July 2015 and have been meaning to install one of these ever since. Finally got around to it. The key goes into the lock rather stiffly, but I suppose it's intended to be like that for a good weather seal. My brother installed it in less than ten minutes and reported no problems. The lever type is a lot more handy than the spherical knob.In sum --- nine-point-eight on a ten scale. Highly recommended.

This is not as good as the reviews
Bought to replace a door handle. It's just OK. The action isn't smooth and it feels a little cheap. It is pretty cheap after all. Had it in for 2 days then replaced it with a name brand handle. Twice as much but well worth it.
