The Best!
I’ve tried multiple shapes and sizes of these and these ones are my favorite! They are nice and deep so after chilling, my sourdough holds its shape so well. I’ve been baking once a week with these for 6 months and they are still in great shape!

Good size for when you split the dough. Use more flour to coat the covers so it does not stick.Easy to wash

Must have for sourdough
Love these baskets! Works great for proofing my sourdough bread. I do not however use the liners every time. I usually use parchment paper.

Basket is great, cover not so much
The basket is great but the cloth covers are a bit small for the basket making it hard to fit.

Good basket
