Worked for about 3 months
When I ordered the phone, it was great. No issues and seemed to work great without any problems. The phone is used as a secondary backup, so it does not go through any abuse and is normally left in the truck when we go out. These guys offer a 90 day refund, and that is great, butnyou should never have an issue with a refurbished phone unless it is severely damaged again. I am highly disappointed with this phone purchase because the phone is treated very well, is not abused, does not get exposed to the elements, and still has the protective film on it. It worked and served it's purpose for 3 months and then today out of nowhere the screen went blank, flickers, and does not light up anymore. The phone still works, but the OLED does not. It just went out while on a call and is now useless. Don't. iy a phone from them unless you want it to die in 3 months. Waste of money.

Great value. Does it's job.
Great little phone/radio. The audio when using Zello PTT App is super 'hot'. Had to attenuate it within the app. Great value.

Like talking into a brick 👍
I bought the phone as a replacement to my old Oneplus 3T I've been having to patchwork back together with chineseium for the last two years and wanted an upgrade in durability. I've only had the phone for a day but the feel of it is reassuring. The phone feels solid, blocky, and heavy! It's a refurbished phone but I had to take time to search for the sole obvious tell (a little dirt caught in the seam of the fingerprint reader/home button). It came pre-installed with a Canadian phone companies bloatware in addition to Google's Android regulars. The battery came pre-charged and only went down 3% during the ~45 minutes it took me to reinstall all of my apps, settings, and contacts. I'm hoping this battery life stays. The only two downsides I see to the phone are entirely out of the sellers control and purely Sonim's choices. The phone still uses Android 7.0 nougat (Android 11.0 is supposed to come out Fall 2019) with select carriers beginning to offer and update to Android 8.0 Oreo. I never thought I would feel nostalgia over smartphone software but downgrading to the software my Galaxy S3 had hit me with it.The second negative is the camera. It takes 3 or 4 seconds from hitting the button to take the picture before it actually takes the shot. The picture is also really low quality by modern standards.TLDR: A tough phone at a decent price for a working man. An outdated pocket anchor for a tech geek.

Not Dual SIM or fully unlocked.
I've used SONIM phones since 2006, my stars are based on the sale and accuracy as seller is not manufacturer.- This is not DUAL-SIM capable as it is a branded AT&T product. They want to promote an app product for additional numbers.- Will not tether/Hotspot without contacting AT&T.- Battery life not so great. All day web/YouTube I charge mid day and again at night.- Probably not really IP68 or 7. No covers on any of accessory ports, except USB-C charging port, that is only a friction fit O-ring doorway. The back door is like a tv remote cover, and not a vault door or firmly sealed like previous models.Camera pretty good, so are stereo speakers. I went into audio settings and made Bluetooth codec changes.

It's a old brick.
I liked it at first but it only lasted a year before it wouldn't charge or turn on, cracked the screen to easily, and the home botton broke. For a "tough" phone I was not impressed. The screen was not responsive enough, and I was always struggling to type the correct words with out a random period being thrown in somewhere, all my basic apps seamed to struggle as well. Just get the phone you want with a good case.

Old XP8800 Lasted 4 Years, Needed Replacement, This Worked Out Just Perfect
Arrived exactly as described and on time. Only noticeable damage was a small scratch on the battery. otherwise an absolutely clean unit. Came with a charger and cable that was both unexpected and a nice surprised. Saved me well over $1,000 by not having to buy a state-of-the-art phone when this model has been perfect for me for four years. My only complaint is that the price displayed alternated between $165 and $134 as I periodically refreshed my browser throughout the day; with 'low stock / hurry / order now' quantities varying at random. Clearly designed to incentivize purchasing however whenever I clicked when the item was offered at $134 the purchase page always reverted to $165; which is both deceitful and false-advertising. I was never able to complete the purchase at the $134 offering.Besides that, no regrets.
