Spray before placing dough
I agree with others you should spray it with pan spray or oil like. We make fresh dough and it stuck right to the screen. 2nd try we sprayed and came right off after cooking. If dough gets stuck soak in water will come off afterwards. We did order a different style to have 2 different cook trays

Works well, needs seasoning
These pizza screens work well, but don’t forget to “season” them to make them nonstick.

High quality, works great!
Bought two so could easily flour bottom: Place one screen on top of large bowl, spread dough to cover screen, flour dough (brush off excess with pastry brush), put second screen on top and flip whole thing over, remove what is now top screen, stretch dough over screen edge for folding over to make pizza dough edge, add sauce and toppings, slide screen + pizza onto peel and into oven (ideally onto pizza stone). Bake at 500 F for about 8 minutes. Great pizza!

seems to be working well even if its yellowing
I got this one and an 11" for my toaster oven so that I could keep all the melted cheese from falling onto the bottom burner. It works perfectly for that and while it doesnt give a lot of space to grab onto the thing so you're not getting your towel in the pizza it does make the crust a lot crispier across the whole bottom. Ive been using a walmart aluminum tray for about 5 years and it always left the bottom of my crust sort of soft and doughy. But with the screen I noticed it was much crispier than "normal". Is it as crispy as it would be from a wood fired pizza oven? no. But Im not looking for that level of crispness out of my kitchen stove or toaster oven.I was a little concerned that they had been used or something when I got them because the bottom side (the side with the bar code sticker on it) looked like it was corroded. I took off the sticker and grabbed a kitchen rag and wiped them off and the crud came off. So no harm no foul.Like others have said if youre concerned about stuff sticking to the grate use cooking spray on it first or a stiff bristled brush after. Im not really concerned so I'll just toss mine in the dish washer and when it comes out its clean enough for me.

Worked great for cooking a pizza on the grill!
Used for cooking pizza on the grill, and it worked great! Heat the grill up high, then turn off the center burner, and bring the ends burners down to medium to grill a tasty pizza.

Worked Great As a Fan Blade Guard
I bought this to use as a engine fan blade guard on my garden tractor's new engine. I had to remove the recoil start and used this as a cover since nothing is manufactured for that purpose. Very sturdy, well made and worked out great. I had to drill it to fit and paint it. Very easy and happy with it. It's not just for pizzas anymore!

Shipping needs to be better
Product Is good but it was taco bent into the packaging when it was shipped. I was able to bend it back to its normal shape but it was discerning to open it and see that it was already bent up.

Got the job done
I have bought several screens so far. They make putting together a pizza with fresh dough so easy. Cook the crust for four minutes on the screen, take it out and build the rest of the pizza, and then throw it on the pizza stone.these things are so cheap to buy too.
