Since this is powdered, has anyone tried making a buttercream with it like you would with powdered sugar?

Yes, it works nicely. A typical recipe is -- Ingredients. 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened. 2 Cups Powdered Allulose. 2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream. 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract. Cream all ingredient together.

Hello, it says "igen tested 9542018". what does that mean? can you provide the actual certificate that shows this is non-gmo?

The Allulose has been tested and in non-gmo. All commercial Allulose comes from Corn Starch and this product is no different. It contains no generic material.

Is this powdered? It appears so, but i coukd not tell.

Allulose is more of a fine powder than a granule such as sugar or Erythritol. It dissolves very well in items that are cooked and cooled (such as BBQ and caramel sauces) and does not recrystallize like Erythritol. It also is less grainy in uncooked items such as whipped cream. I recommend trying this product. There are smaller quantities available but more costly per ounce. I have liked Allulose and so will purchase the larger quantity.
