Amazing
This Cervical pillow has been one of the best buys for me. I have purchased about 10 different pillows. They work for a while and then just the same. I've been using this pillow in my car. I would like to add that while in the car, I find it more efficient using the pillow up-side-down, it fits better to to contour of the head and shoulder. I don't find it suitable for sleeping on it. For resting and/or for using it while on the computer or watching TV is excellent. (This is my personal opinion and also I would like to add that I have a neck issue. It may be different fro other individuals). I love this pillow.

I love this. I sleep in many different positions and have a hard time using pillows when I sleep on my back. I have found this to be such a weird yet comfortable pillow for sleeping. I've also had it for quite a while and it's held up. It seems to be pretty decent quality.Also, being a girl my hair often gets frizzy and Tangled while I sleep. This pillow is unexpectedly useful if you want to keep your hair intact or use rollers.

I love how comfortable and supportive this is! Not sure about pain relief as I purchased it for clients on massage table. They love it!

Not like the picture
The pillow I received is not like the one in the picture. It looks cheaper and doesn’t feel like the one that I tried at the therapist office (which was the one shown in the picture).Very very disappointing to spend $55 dollars and not get what I thought I was getting.

Helps my neck!
Great for my neck to relieve pressure and stretch the muscles. It was recommended by my masseuse.

Junk! Preying on the desparate people and their neck stress and pain
A piece of foam that is NOT a one-size-fits-all because it sure doesn't fit me. It's utterly useless. An EXPENSIVE piece of crap foam. I only bought it because it looked like chiropractors and massage therapists recommended it. IF THEY TRY TO SELL ONE TO YOU, FIND ANOTHER CHIROPRACTOR OR MASSAGE THERAPIST! I bought this UNRETURNABLE junk because I was in pain and needed help. Don't be suckered in like I was.

Great product
I have a curve in my spine so lying flat for pilates was hard. Now it's great!

PAINFUL
I had great hope for this product but unfortunatetly it gave me a headache. It is too hard. I am susceptible to migrainesand this brought one on. I also found it did not give great horizontal support. The company has a strict no return policy so I am stuck with it.I would not recommend this item or the company.
