Are these really 18gbp/s cables? i see only "high speed" stamped on the cables which indicates hdmi 1.4 spec. i don't get hdmi2.0 performance.

Does this cable support 1080P 144hz? I believe it should but not harm in asking 1st.

will this work well to hook up new Apple TV 4K?
