updateRan off head unit for 6 months. Just hooked up to a blaupunkt 7502 amp. And half wattage sounds amazing!!!!!!!Tweeters- very crisp sounding absolutely no complaintsEnclosure- before I purchased this I was wondering if it was cheaply made and was just a hollow double box so when it came in I took one of the subwoofers out to see the inside. The subwoofers are NOT sharing the airspace and separated by a brace up the middle. The box is very well made.Subwoofer- xXx 8 inch subwoofer. Honestly I’ve never heard of it before I bought the set up for the tweeter subwoofer enclosure combo not the subwoofer because just for an empty box it cost more than the combo.Currently I’m running the set up off of my factory head unit in my 2011 single cab f150. It gave my sound quality more of a bite. Very clear sounding at normal cruising level but distorts about 3/4 ways up. But will be replacing the paper cone subs with a polypropylene cone subs.I hope this helps out future buyers

Speakers could be better, but for the money it's totally a very, very awesome deal.
Awesome value, and great product for the money.Speaker's could be a little better, but I still love this thing for the cash spent.1 out of 10, I give it a solid 8 and a half,or even a 9,even though the speakers themselves could be a bit better, its still a awesome deal.I would recommend to anyone that I know.Thank you for access to this great opportunity to buy into a speaker system like this for what was spent on it.Thank you again,GarySherwood JR

Great for the Price
I actually compared these speakers to a couple of Bose speakers I had hooked up to my Jeep with a Blaupunkt amp. Hooked up to the same amp, and I didn't notice the difference. For a little over $50, this is a great value. I'm sure it would probably sound like crap with no amp, but it sounds great with my amp in my Jeep. I couldn't ask for more for the price. Hope this helps someone not sure if they should buy it or not.

Junk
Hooked them up to my home stero which is 100 watts and had the volume on low and the speakers sound blown out right out of the box. The enclosure is decent the tweeters are ok will be purchasing a different pair of speakers to install in the encloser. You get what you pay for

A misleading GOOD speaker box
For those who might have said it was a bad box or bad choice to purchase, here are a few simple recommendations. The box is ported yet the woofers included are meant for sealed enclosures. If you plug the vent ports, instant better sound. The woofers are not sealed, so purchase a roll of door insulation foam tape and tape the foam to the bottom of the woofer to seal air from escaping for better bass sound. If you are willing to do a few more mods, and change speakers, you can greatly improve the box. Start by replacing the woofers by purchasing two shallow mount 8 or 10 inch woofers depending on your box, also either 2 or 4 ohm depending on the audio amplifier you will to use. Because of the small limited internal size of the enclosure, I only recommend shallow mount woofers. Don't forget to put the insulation foam on the new woofers. Change the internal wire to at least 14 gage copper wire or thicker. I recommend 2 cheap non-polarized 68uF audio capacitors online on the positive wire side of the horns as a 1st order crossover. You can upgrade the tweeter horns and install cheap Dayton Audio DNR-4.0 4 Ohm 10W Precision Audio Grade Resistors to prevent burning out your tweeters at high volumes. You can also actually cut off part of the tweeter horns and modify them by gluing on 1/2 inch 50 or 100 watt truncated dome tweeters to improve the horns. Using what you can find on Amazon, the possibilities are endless. Finally, when you have made your upgrades, connect your box to an Amp and play a 45hz test tone to help you find air leaks in your enclosure. Fix the air leaks and then enjoy your new wonderful box. You will not regret it.

So so!
Well I should not say if this product is bad or good for the reason how much I paid for it (not too much) as long as I don't turn the volume knob passed an quarter turn I be good if I turn more than that the sound starts to fade out and it sounds like the speakers gotten punctured. Installed it for a customer of mine ( he chose it) and we weren't too happy with it and he gave it away.
