Not a paid review
I have a number of these insoles. I have planter faciatis and it's painful.I've been wearing these insoles for about 2 years and said have several pairs in different shoes I did find that using the insoles in certain shoes like Timberland I went up a half size.My main boot I wear daily is a pair of AkU walking boot and they fit very wel.As well as having planter faciatis I have back problems and I have problems with my knee ( military injuries) the insoles have helped to reduce my disomfort by the support they give, but most noticeably the planter faciatis, I can wear other shoes without the insoles but after a day I know about. The pain from just putting your feet on the floor is indescribable, which brings me to how I am writing this review.I wore my boots and at the end of the day I started to feel some discomfort in my feet. Upon inspection of the insoles I had found the insoles had compressed to the point you could make out the outline of my toes.Sitting here working out how long I have had this pair was a good 12 monthsThese insoles are excellent they have withstood daily use in walking boots I walk always 5 miles a day and I am no light weight I am a big bloke, they have functioned well and given me miles of pain relief.Without hesitation I've bought another pair I would not be without these insoles in my shoes so much so most of my shoes now have them in. Only my dress shoes don't have them them the shoes are not feel enoughThe heels on the insoles are raised which makes my unsuitable, but for boots and trainers they are great.I recommended to my father in law who is on his feet all day and he is pleased with the results. They have worked for me if you are suffering from planter faciatis give them a go they do feel a little strange at first it persevere and quite quickly you will get use to them.Remember not recommend for shallow footwear.Best of luck hope they work for you

Great for high arches and claw feet
I have life-long claw toes and high arches. A few years ago I developed very painful plantar fasciitis and before forking out hundreds on custom orthotics I decided to try a few off the shelf. After trying a few others I discovered these and have never looked back. They gave me great relief. I have them in all my shoes and have bought several pairs. They have proper firm high arch support - the best I could find. All I can say is that they work for me.

Shoe Insoles - Not For Comfort - If Can Perserve, May Help You
These were what I expected - to expect discomfort and new way of standing and walking - due to my 'wonky' feet (one in particular has had injury). I have to say that comfort was not a word I can give to these, they felt ok, but from the first time I put them in shoes (tried in several types) because of my feet, I had to force myself to keep them in my footwear; my fallen arches (or plantar fasciitis - undiagnosed) need a lot of support/help, and they are used to how my feet are, not how they should be. I had to stop using them, due to the pain and blisters I generated on a normal walk to work (normal for me, 3 miles) and have since purchased a more comfortable pair, until my feet become used to those and need an upgrade. The support in these was too grate for my feet - too severe/hard. Apologies if that sounds like a bad review, it isn't. My injured foot needs a bit of love as well as support, which these insoles cannot give me - I will try another time, as my current ones must be making progress, as my feet hurt in them (but my posture is better, and my foot placement is better; not cured, just better). Maybe, someone with less severed issues could get a more pleasing outcome than I did. Viewing them as a medical aid, not a shoe accessory, they definitely score highly. Last point, high-ish score for support, but if I used for too long, any 'support' lost to pain and walking badly due to the blisters and general soreness in the raised parts; so poor walking again. Sorry, I feel bad writing this.

An absolute game changer
I'm on my feet all day at work, my job demands a lot of mental focus so being distracted by pain that starts when I put my boots on and gets worse and worse as the day gets long... is, to use the vernacular: a f'ing ballache. These inserts have been life changing. That may come over as hyperbole. It isn't. Not only have these inserts removed the pain I was suffering, but as a consequence, my mental health has improved, customer feedback has improved, my earnings have gone up (able to work more efficiently and for longer) and my disposition upon returning home is much improved. I can socialize after work hours, rather than having to immediately spend time soaking my feet and generally being a grumpy sod for a couple of hours. It's my 2nd pair of these in the same boots, the first set lasted very well (much better than insoles I bought from the local chemist, roughly 10x as long lasting). I also picked up a couple of pairs from other brands, they've been great also... no gripes. However, these were slightly cheaper which is why I returned for another set.If you have arch problems, plantar fasciitis etc: Do yourself a massive favour and try a pair! For me, the benefit vastly outweighs the cost.

Good product, but one condition....
6/10. So, I think these are a good product, but unfortunately I can't use them because they are so thick inside my boots. I can't remove the insole in my boots, so laying these insoles on top just means that your feet are squashed in your shoes. I tried trimming them down, thinking this might help, but it doesn't. So, these are only good IF you can remove the sole already inside your shoes/boots. They are very comfortable, and have a good support area for the bridge of your foot. I may try to put them into trainers which I can remove the soles already fitted.
