It's an American made magnesium supplement. The pills are HUGE and I thought, ain't no way (I don't have problems swallowing pills when I need to). Whatever these are made of I can actually swallow both with one gulp. Super slippery. They do what they are supposed to - bring your magnesium levels up. I was a bit skeptical at first on what magnesium claims to do, but my memory is cracker jack (people have been commenting on how I can remember everything) and it lifted that fog that comes with lack of magnesium. I have and will continue to purchase this brand.

Even though I got the 400mg version I'm so happy with it, the product looks original, most recent label, good smell and easy to swallow, perfect to get a better sleep quality and get rid of the pain in muscles and bones.

I’ll begin taking magnesium as a supplement when some of my prescription meds have changed and I ended up having restless leg syndrome at night. I take it as a supplement with a prescription medication for the restless leg and it has boosted the effectiveness of the prescription. This is a company that I trust and I use for many vitamins and supplements as I have had gastric bypass surgery and as a result, I have to take multiple vitamins and minerals for the rest of my life. These are always fresh and good quality and I feel safe using them.

I can say these two things for sure about taking Magnesium alone: it doesn't give you all the potential value of the product. You need to take Magnesium Citrate. Secondly, if you do take this you need to combine it with Calcium. If not one without the other it tends to bind your system up. To make sure of this, ask your nurse or doctor. My nurse friend was the one who alerted me to this when I told her what I was taking. She was right. Cleared the problem up immediately.

I only have one requirement for my magnesium pills- that they’re actually magnesium pills. While I can’t be sure because I haven’t tested them in a laboratory, I feel confident that they are in fact, magnesium pills and thus, gave them five stars.
