So earlier I had Bajaj food processor machine, it was good worked for 11 years but then I felt the plastic was old and machine was small so felt.i need to upgrade, this i bought it in 2020 just after lockdown, initially machine was working good, now here are the problemsMachine is strong and powerful but same can't be told about the accessories, they are cheap, they look premium but when used regularly screw and rubber seal get spoilt easilyWe had issue with middle jar and small jar, they replaced the small jar but middle jar was out of stock , so we contacted them more then 5 times every month till our warranty ran out, then they said they have the middle jar in stock but we need to buy it since we are out of warrantyThen our food processor jar broke down although it says unbreakable, it easily breakable and first u see small chirps in the handle then after few accidents entire lid got broken,Now I accept that it is a physical damage but that's the reason we go for unbreakable jar so we can b at ease however I was willing to buy a new one so I said I would like the food processor jar which they said would cost me 1900 only for the lid , can you imagine the entire set cost 3500+ how does it even make senseAlso the service we found was not on time, so since 2 yrs now we were using only small jar for all workNow juice jar had a leak from bottom which we asked to replace it wasn't available at first then they changed it and now it again leaking so we don't have juice with usWe were living with this because once you spend more then 10 k for a mixer you can't go out and buy again specially when our last mixer worked for 10+ years.Today being fed up my mom asked to buy a new one hence I came in and I saw this machine still selling same faulty product, hence felt to take time and save someone's time and money.

The motor is powerful. Good choices of accesories. Motor housing is excellent. The two stainless steel jars are good. The problem is the quality of the plastic jar, looks brittle. The space for keeping the blades is a huge plus. Excellent design. The juicer is also looking good but the quality of the outer layer of this unit is a bit of concern. I suppose if not for regular use this product is great choice. Atta kneading is fantastic and quick. Suction cups beneath the motor legs is good design idea. Will update once upon further use.

Best food processor

Product is definitely over priced, seems to be big issue with motor, it gets burnt smell in just 3 months of use, now not sure how to return coz my return windowis over and interestingly it is 15 days for this unlike other products where return window is longer. Also the lids easily break off if accidentally falls down. So not unbreakable as it claims. The finger chips maker makes, very thin chips more like thick potato chips than finger chips.Blades in both chutney jar and grinder jar are not sharp. So despite high power motor, which I seriously doubt, it doesn't grind finely. Lid of chutney jar is not tight and we have to hold it tightly. Also hole on the lids makes water to come out easily and makes grinding messy. Since chutney jar base is wide, doesn't grind small quantity. Also it gets heated up quickly for normal quantities for even less than a minute operation.So overall, very many defects. While grating, the items that are grated gets stuck in the support below the discs which is not easy to clean unlike those small ones where we need to just fix blades on the discs which are very easy to clean.Slicer doesn't make thin potato chips, it is thick, so we can't use it for making chips.Then the whipper doesn't seem to work to create whipping cream as shown in demo, it just doesn't beat it.Also while slicing or grating, last part gets stuck between disc and pusher and doesn't completely slice.So functionality wise not at all upto the mark for the money we pay.Don't go by youtube reviews definitely not a good buy. Centrifugal juicer again a mess to clean up, not user friendly.Only 4 things that are decent are atta kneader, chopper, grater, citrus juicer.Rest all has lots of drawbacks. Esp motor gets burnt, not sure y and how to get it now replaced or returned as I am not at all happy with the product.

I purchased this food processor in July 2023 and have been continuously using it for 1 and half years for atta kneading. The food processor is good, works well accesories are also good but the quality of plastic is extremely poor. The main jar had some small pieces broken here there but didn't hinder function. After 1 and half year the locking mechanism on the jar broke. All this inspite of careful usage, no falling etc only continuous use. On contacting the company a replacement was arranged immediately, but the warranty had no meaning here and I was charged an exorbitant Rs1960 for just the jar (lid, centre bracket etc not included.)Extreme over pricing. When I'm paying almost 12000 for the main processor and if once in 2 yrs I have to shell out almost 2000 for the jar I would not recommend this machine to anyone. There are cheaper ones available. I made a mistake.
