What Do You Mean, Cap Not Included?
In the product description, they state "top is tooled to accept a snap cap; cap not included."These tubes only hold 100ml. A scotch that cost as much per ml as these tubes would go for over $200 a bottle. But these tubes are *empty*. And they can't throw in some snap caps????
