This is THE ticket to correct a cervical spine that is not properly curved due to excessive wrong posture always looking down at screen. My chiropractor recommended it for me and my daughter, but sharing is a hassle so I got this 2nd one for myself. The foam is just the right firmness and not too hard. I wanted to buy a covering for it too but that was not offered. Anyone who has a neck ache should have this device on standby and use it once a day!

After 30 years of neck problems that worsened suddenly a year ago, I have finally found a product that has made a real difference. I bought this in a desperate effort to help myself, since my chiropractor was no longer able to help, and have been amazed to find that after using it only a time or two I have had very significant relief from neck and shoulder pain, as well as much more neck mobility. I wouldn't have believed it could possibly work so fast, but clearly my problem must have to do with the curvature of my neck, and this proved to be the answer. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but it has made an incredible difference in my case.

I think this is a great tool. I work at a computer every day and get constant headaches. They originate from my back & neck. Compared to consuming bottles or pain reliever year after year this is a very inexpensive and healthy remedy. I should probably use it more, once in morning and once at night but now, for the most part, I only use it when I am in pain or fell my shoulders/neck/base of my head getting tight.I typically lay on it for 10-20 minutes. I can tell when I really needed it when, after about 10 minutes, I turn my head left or right and hear a pop.Highly recommended way to get neck traction.

I have used this kind of neck traction for years. Originally got one from my chiropractor, and I since used one every day. It helps to relieve tension and discomfort in the head and neck. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs this kind of traction for their neck.

Trying to get used to it.I had a problem with the first pillow.Called, the company and their customer service was very helpful.They took care of the problem.

I like it. It is firm, clean, and does what it says it is supposed to do. Relief comes quickly, but don't stay in that position longer than 15 min. I also bought one of those special shaped pillows at Walmart. I addition to my straight neck, I firmly believe my old pillow was much of the source of my constant neck/back ache. Between seeking relief from the two, my neck pain has reduced. I expect this will take up to a year to fix, but I am so glad I finally have two options for relief that work! I recommend this product.

I can't be sure if this is working, oral hype. It feels good psychologically to be propping my neck with this. I've lost all curvature and am at a loss what to do! If this does work- I'm thinking it takes quite a bit of time and willNeed consistent X-rays, which in the self are horrible for a person. It is a little stiff when new and you will have to break it in.

I first experienced this neck fulcrum at a physical therapy session and immediately felt I need to have this thing! I bought both the neck and lumbar fulcrum and it has really made a difference. I have been able to stretch my back and neck in a way that I can relax into it. My early sessions were a bit uncomfortable because it was such an unfamiliar feeling. But now I am able to push myself to get a better stretch. So easy does it in the beginning. But pushing through the pain is worth it.
