Q: The description reads adjustable handlebars, if your can't swing the bars toward the seat, what is adjustable about it??

You can adjust the handle bar height. The silver bar in the picture adjusts the whole assembly up and down. No side to side or swiveling.

Q: Approximately how long until I get a shipping notification? I ordered a week ago and my order is still pending even though thr payment's been deducted

My wife loves the bike. It appears quite stable so probably would work well on carpet if it isn't real thick but she uses it on a hardwood floor.

Q: Can i lock my cycling shoes into the other side of the cage pedals or do i need to buy 9/16 pedals? if so how do i disconnect the cage pedals?
