Strengths Chalk
The chalk is very messy and it is surprisingly easy to crush it but the only thing that ballers me is that the dust and the power gets get your nose and it makes you sneeze a lot.

Too soft
Crumbles the second you touch it, best to use is rub it in your palm but id rather use liquid if thqts what i wanted to do.

I doubt you will find chalk better than this on Amazon
Lets make this review methodically as a powerlifter/gym-goer, I'll start with the quality of the chalk itself; overall the chalk remains on your hands throughout the duration of a single set at most even as someone with sweaty hands, the chalk block itself is dense which is good for two reasons. 1. it doesnt crumble into pieces and 2. it means you get more chalk as each block lasts you a long time. The amount of chalk you actually get with the product is definitely a strong point, I've been suing it for about a month now and have gone through about 15% of the first block despite the fact that I use it in every session for hook grip on deadlifts. The ease of use doesn't really change product to product however it retains its shape for the most part. As for cost I think you may be able to find a better deal elsewhere but I am most certainly satisfied here, only reason why it is not 5/5 stars is because I've tried other chalks speicifcally chalks like Rungne and their chalk is a little sticker which helps with grip, overall a very solid product.

Breaks Down Very Finely
This chalk is just a bit too fine for my liking. It crumbles extremely easily with absolutely no effort and turns to fine powder straight away. I'm used to using chalk with at least a little bit of grit to it. It doesn't always stick nicely to my hands and I feel like I have to apply lots for it to be doing its job. That being said, it did see me through my deadlifts. I'm currently only pushing sets of 215KG for 5 reps but it helped see me through all my sets, especially as I don't believe in using straps and prefer to build raw grip strength instead. That being said, as mentioned before, I felt like I needed to constantly re-apply after every set and re-apply a lot to ensure I didn't lose grip.I will continue to use it but will probably be looking for something a slight bit more gritty.
