Works real good. I wanted one that didn't connect to my belt, nice quality.

I used this for working a Christmas Parade route. Fit was great, Comfortable with Jacket. It was a Night parade and was told the reflective parts worked. For the price, good choice.Pros: Easy Fit and adjustments for any size Radios. Reflective strips for night time use. Feels durable with solid stitching. Larger pocking against body for small Paperwork and First Aid kit.Cons: Center front pocket was small, but I would suggest making it a clear window pocket to allow for ID's or Job Assignments to be visible.

This is a nice Harness, but if your a larger person it can be tough to fit you. I wear a 3-4xl t-shirt and it is extremely tight on me. The actual radio pouch is adjustable and can fit most radios.

This harness was too small. I am 5’10” and weigh175. So unless you are significantly smaller, it won’t fit you. I also couldn’t get the radio to fit into the radio pockets.

Got them in for hurricane dorian, they work very well very comfortable and lightweight. should fit any size person really good price bought 4 for me and 3 other fire fighters they love them.

Item description says it holds Two Full Size...Motorola radios, but with my XTS2500s, only about 1/8" of velcro attaches, which isn't nearly enough, and the radios would easily fall out during SAR use. Like the other review, I'm considering whether to unstitch the pen holder to make it work. Other pockets are a little on the small size, too. My cell barely fits in the back, and the front center pocket is quite shallow.Otherwise great construction, comfy, a good price.
