This kit contained everything that you need to get started bagging your own ground meats. The unit worked flawlessly and we didn't have any of the other issues that people reported. After reading some of those other reviews I was a bit hesitant to purchase this item. There is no Instruction Manual but several You Tube videos.It is easy to load.1. Put the sprocket in the Tape Roll2. Load the tape roll into the unit with ADHESIVE SIDE UP!!3. Pull out 6-8" of tape to go across to the other side of the unit. Leave an inch or two of overhang.4. Twist Bag and pull straight down. Bag is sealed.No problems with Green Tape. No problems with jamming.We did not use the Bag Cutter as we filled the Bags to 1.5lbs.

Worth every penny! This bag tape system works flawless and is super easy to use. Super fast and sealed perfectly. Way easier than hog rings. Wish I would have had this years ago. Do not hesitate to buy if you process your own meat.
