Great quality and great price
I needed replacement in ears last minute and didn’t have many options I could get literally overnight. I ordered these and hoped for the best and I was so happily surprised. They not only are nice and sturdy/good quality material. They also have amazing sound quality. It was so clear in my ears and when I was singing I could hear every instrument so clearly. It enhanced the mix. I will recommend to anyone and probably order more for my husband as well. Happily surprised!

For $30, I'm more than satisfied.
Going into the Chi-Fi (chinese hi-fi) world there's a ton of great bang for your buck products. Sifting through the forums and review pages can leave you confused about what to get. Luckily I decided to get this one, the KZ ZSN Pro. Very satisfied.Design: Some people hate it, some love it. I'm indifferent to it.Fit/Comfort: So I have small ear canals, and the left one is shaped weirdly. I usually end up wearing different size eartips in each ear. My ears are also super moist and waxy. The stock silicone tips did not work for me, they kept sliding out, and the seal was very uncomfortable (Like a vaccum feeling, I hated it). Ended up buying some foam eartips and that solved all the problems. With the foam tips these fit great! Ended up saving my commute.Sound: I'd consider myself a casual audiophile. I care about sound quality, but I also know when to stop chasing the dragon. For me, these are fine. Good enough. I'm mainly using these on public transit so sound quality isn't the biggest concern, they are good for that purpose. That being said, let's get into analyzing it.Bass: People say these have a V-Shaped sound signature, but I don't buy it. Maybe it's the bus drowning out the bass, but I mostly listen to EDM, and the bass is not what I would expect for a V-Shaped sound. It's there, you can hear it. It's not bloated, but there's not more than my neutral over ears I use at home (Sony MDR-7506, Phillips X2HR)Mids: Perfectly acceptable. Female vocals don't blow me away, and neither do male vocals. They're pleasant to listen to, and nothing sounds grainy. Definitely a little bump in the low mids, but I like that for my kind of music. Instrumentation sounds good. Again, I'm using these on public transit, so it's not the best environment for critical listening.Treble: So this is where my foam eartips make a huge difference. People say KZ earphones have a treble spike. Some say it's too much. There is no treble spike for me. Smooth treble, nothing too exciting.Overall, for $30 I'm more than satisfied. Totally worth it for me. Definitely would recommend.

Great sound!
Needed a 2nd pair And found the KZ pro 10 tone so good that I might try these. They work extremely well for IEMs. Great sound, good fit in ears, and cable doesn't get tangled! I've had more expensive pro audio brand IEMs that don't come close to these. Well worth checking out.

Really nice earphones.
These things are super comfortable, as a person that doesn't like insertable earphones and has some minor dry skin issues, these are really nice. the driver is nice and clear and represents the sound really well. The wire drapes over the ear nicely and isnt uncomfortable. If you can deal with the wire itself, this is a very good deal for the price (and they usually have a coupon attached, dont be an idiot and not clip it like I did). For under 20 bucks these are a very good pair of wired earphones.

Great sound, shoddy construction
Update 12/26/2020:So in my prior update, I said I'd ordered another pair from a different brand to replace these. That happened, except that pair of buds never arrived, so I was refunded and decided to just stick it out with these. The problem I had was with the low construction quality: since the drivers are designed to be detachable from cables to ensure higher out-of-the-box customization and comfort for users, your experience will still be dependent on the actual integrity of the plastic housing that said cables fit into. For whatever reason, on the right-side driver, that plastic housing broke enough to where the cable would easily come out when I was listening to anything. My fix was a quick epiphany: I searched for some cheap electronic-friendly super glue, took my cable and placed it snug into the plastic housing of the driver, held it in place, and then put super glue on it. It worked like a charm. I was worried if the connection would still be detected or if there would be reduction in sound quality or even droppages, but none of that happened thankfully. So if you really want some very high-quality IEMs for a very low price, and are concerned with this happening, just know that the DIY fix is very simple. I still use these every now and then and after replacing the stock tips they came with, have had no real desire to try other brands for now. First update and original review are belowUpdate 5/30/2020:So it's been a few months and unfortunately these have become an annoyance to deal with. At first these things were brilliant quality for the price. I was baffled that such good sound quality could be had for such a low price. Well, I found out the cost is reflected in the low build quality. The default ear tips it comes with are absolute trash and definitely need to be replaced ASAP. But since these drivers are detachable, that means the plastic housing is what your experience is dependent on, and if it breaks down like it did with me, you're gonna be experiencing the rage-inducing phenomenon of the driver casually falling out of your ear/becoming disconnected from the cable which naturally ruins your listening experience.I contacted the email that was listed on the warranty card (it's a Chinese company) and low and behold: no response after a week! So that's $25 down the drain. Sure, the cans still work, but having the right earbud constantly disconnect because of the cheap plastic construction has proven to be unacceptable. So now I've ordered another pair from a different brand to replace these. If you're reading this, be warned. I handled these with care, never sat on them or anything. Yet the plastic still cracked on the right driver's connection point, effectively making these incredibly annoying to deal with. The sound quality is excellent, sounds like what you'd expect in the $80+ price range. But you're also getting the complete opposite quality in terms of build durability.===Original Review below===I wanted a pair of IEMs/earbuds that had a neutral sound signature, at least as close you could get to that at a lower price point. I'm very happy to report that these KZ ZSN Pros are capable of pumping out some really good sound quality with a balanced sound signature. The clarity is really nice. I can comfortably hear every aspect of the various instrumentations across a range of genres. The only downsides I have for these are the confusing form factor, and the awful stock tips that come with these. You will definitely want to switch the default tips out for comfort and sound. The default ones don't stay flush in my ear canal which kills the bass response and makes the sound stage sound hollow. Once you fix this, these things sound incredible. This is my first time owning earbuds with a detachable cable as well as the general design of the phones themselves... I'm technically sound but I felt like a caveman trying to figure this out haha. Make sure you push the cable into the phones with some force, don't be afraid as it's meant to be pushed in all the way. I was scared at first and thus thought they would slip out easily all the time, and was like "why would anybody design it like this, this is awful!"The instruction manual is written seemingly entirely with some sort of Chinese to English machine translation, and thus it's borderline useless. Replace the tips and then fumble around with the phones until you find a comfortable fit is all I can say, as I couldn't find a good guide for it elsewhere. Besides that, these sound great if you enjoy just about any genre of music and aren't fussed about having absurd amounts of overextended bass.

Survived a thunderstorm
Bought these for my bf & he loves them. Sound quality great. Mic quality is great. They fell out of his pocket outside during a thunderstorm, found them the next morning and they STILL work. Durability is GREAT.
