Best pick ever (for me)
I absolutely love these picks. Was never a fan of the smaller Jazz picks, was in a bind one day and was forced to use one. After a few hours of jamming with these style picks, I couldn’t switch back to a regular size. The grips help me keep these little things in my sweaty fingers lol. I’ll never switch from the Jazz pick and these are the best I’ve found. I love grippy picks because my hands sweat easy. My accuracy and speed has increased since switching pick sizes, I generally play hard rock/ metalcore. I can’t necessarily speak to the durability, I’m not a touring musician, just a bedroom player and jam with a band on Sundays for the fun of it. I have so many of these picks lying around I just grab one before I play.

Great Pick
Size of a small Jazz III, super stiff and perfect for heavy attack. When Im on fire the stipling grips are helpful. Will probably never use another type of pick.

Just what I needed
I have a small tremor in my right hand and am prone to repeatedly dropping the pick. These have small grips built into the pick that REALLY help! They are stiff, which I also prefer. My instructor also swears by them. They are smaller than the norm but again, that’s what I wanted.

The best by far!
I've tried out pretty much every style of pick I could find and these are by far the best. I disagree with the poster that says these are not good for noobs. These just simply make playing much easier due to the extra control you have, so they are great if you're a beginner or pro.Other picks by comparison feel sloppy and loose. They are either too flat, with less pick shape to articulate the notes, are too big and clumsy, or floppy and feel like the pick is flapping in the wind. These are contoured around the edge to give plenty of angles attack against the string, they are nice and grippy with the textured pattern for your fingers and are the right level of stiffness without being overly rigid. With respect to these being good for both pros and noobs, using a relatively rigid pick like this makes your timing much more precise. Using a floppy pick is like playing the piano with an inch of foam taped around your fingers. It makes it hard to control when the note is played. With a guitar, the note is sounded when the pick leaves the string and floppy picks create an extra degree of uncertainty about when that happens, like trying to play the guitar through a spring.Floppy picks create a lot of extra work that you definitely don't want to have to deal with especially if you're starting out. The only thing floppy picks might be good for is adding difficulty to your playing so that when you play with a good pick like the dunlop, it's much easier by comparison. But if you just want to play guitar and have the notes come out like you intend, this pick is what you want. These are the best there are out jar full of picks I have. Highly recommended!

Best Picks Ever
I have played guitar for fifty years and I've used countless styles, sizes and thicknesses of picks. In all that time every pick seemed to be lacking in some way. They either wore down quickly or had a bad grip or something. Then I found the Dunlop Jazz III Carbon fiber picks. The ones in the pic I bought in 2016 and they're in the exact same condition as the day I bought them. The grip is perfect, they don't wear and they don't break. The only reason you'll need to buy more is if you lose them. And like any player, you will lose them.

Good strong pick.
I like the durability. Just needs some time to get used to it if you've never played one before.

Stealthy, and fast.
The first thing I noticed when I began using these was that Air Traffic Control could no longer pick me up on radar. Thanks, Carbon Fiber! This pick was what I needed when I needed it. I had hit a speed wall w/ Delrin .96's:http://www.amazon.com/Dunlop-41R96-Delrin-Guitar-72-Pack/dp/B0002GJ404/This pick is stiff. Like, unbendably stiff. And the tip is much sharper than a normal pick. This forced me to use a much lighter touch, which immediately increased speed during practice. The pointy tip encourages precision, which allows for more control over articulation.I thought I'd have issues with rhythm parts that require more flexibility, but that just required a subtle technique adjustment.Further, as others have noted, these suckers do not wear out. I burn through a Delrin in one practice session. I bought a bunch of these, and I've used two of them in two weeks. The only reason I've used two is because I leave each one sitting in a different place around the house. They are showing zero wear. There is no scoring on the upper edges, there is no wear on the tip. I may have wasted money buying too many of them. The grip is exactly as others have described. Solid. Two nit-picky negatives:- First, they're black. Flat black. Because they're carbon fiber, which is flat black. So, not only are they too stealthy to be picked up on anti-aircraft radar, they're too stealthy to find when dropped. Or when set down somewhere. I suspect this may be the only reason to buy more than one. Good luck finding this pick on a dark stage.- Second, I wouldn't recommend these to a beginner. This pick requires precise control. Noobs should probably stick with standard picks for a while. But that's just my opinion. For me, this pick is excellent.
