Good replacement part
Anyone that said "this didn't fit properly" or. "had to sand a few thousandths off" is doing it wrong. There's nothing wrong with this part as long as you're lining it up properly BEFORE pressing it in with the CORRECT tool. I didn't have the tool (don't know anyone who does) so I made one. This is an 'interference-fit/press-in' part and if you bang on it like a monkey or sand it trying to get it to slip in, you'll damage it.This part fit correctly WITHOUT modification and after a few minor changes to my homemade tool, installed and worked perfectly. (Don't forget the pipe sealant) ;)Some notes on the homemade tool: I modified a one inch wide washer to closely fit the diameter of the pipe after cutting it into a 'U' shape so that it slipped on 'over the lip' above the press-fit pipe end.I then used the radius of the table saw to cut a slot into the center of a two inch square six inch piece of hardwood that fit the diameter of the pipe that accommodated the first bend and covered the area of the washer and after clamping that in place, used that to press in the new pipe - BOOM.

works with persuasion
Wasn't confident in this part considering reviews but didn't have any other options. I had minor issues but on close inspection it was a previous purchaser that returned it. Small gouges in the pressed fit end had to be sanded smooth. Looked like it was partially forced into a corroded block. Emery cloth, 60 seconds work and it pressed in. The mounting bolt did not line up. I could barely see the vice marks where it was bent. Shoved a rod in the end and bent it back 1/4 inch and bolt fit fine. No other issues and no leaks.

not exact fit
seemed to be decent quality, but the bends and mounting bracket were not perfect and caused interference with the fuel rail install.

HIGHLY recommend GM OEM part instead.
Does not fit properly. Is not bent correctly (had to rebend - not easy).Does not allow fuel rail to seat injectors (had to modify fuel rail bracket)Press fit end @ thermostat too large of diameter (had to sand to reduce several thousands, also not easy being SS)mounting bracket did not line up obviously and broke off.HIGHLY recommend GM OEM part.
