This Shower Cap Works Great for My Coconut Oil Hair Masks!
I recently started giving myself weekly coconut oil hair masks and needed a good way to keep my hair up while the oil works its magic. Once I figured out that a shower cap would be the best way for me to accomplish this, I searched on here because I wanted a good, reusable shower cap that would last me a long time. I came upon the Betty Dain shower cap with the multicolored dots and thought it was so cute at a reasonable price so I ordered it.I've used it a few times already for my hair masks and it works great. I have long blonde hair so it's somewhat thin and doesn't take up a ton of room in the cap but I also pull up my hair in clips before putting the cap on and it fits great! There is even room to spare. The cap is slightly tighter fitting around the edges and it left a red mark across my forehead for a little while but, since I use it at night, it doesn't bother me at all. Some of the coconut oil will drip down my face and neck but that's to be expected from a shower cap so I solved this problem by sticking some paper towel in the part on my forehead so I don't get any oil in my eyes. The cap is also easy enough for me to clean. I just wipe the inside with a paper towel to clean up some of the leftover oil. To top it off, the shower cap is so adorable and incredibly girly with its multicolored dots!Overall, I think this shower cap has been a good purchase for me. I can't comment on using it as a shower cap for keeping your hair dry since I've never used it for that. As long as it holds up for several months, I will be happy with this purchase and would buy it again. This shower cap feels like it's made nicely at a good price and it's very stylish looking so I definitely recommend it if you want a shower cap for hair mask treatments!

High quality, beautiful, & keeps my head dry
In the past, I have always bought the cheap plastic extra large sized shower caps that you can get at Walmart or a grocery store. I got tired of the elastic wearing out so quickly and the extra material that would be at the end of the shower cap that would always Allow water in. I finally decided to look for a nicer shower cap that would last longer and I definitely found it. I love the shower cap. I know those are words that most people don’t say, but I love it. I got the dark navy color with the stars. I’ve had it for a few months now, and it is exactly the same as when I pulled it out of the bag. It hugs my head and stays in place when I’m showering without squeezing my head too hard. I have a large head and I have long hair and everything stays dry. I don’t have to adjust it during my shower and that in itself is amazing compared to what I’ve been used to. My husband tried it one night and then asked me to get him one of his own on the nights when he wants to wear a shower cap. So now we have two and we are both very happy with them.

Third one I have purchased
The quality and durability of this brand is very good. They are worth paying a bit more because they last a long time. My last one lasted over a year. Usually the elastic starts wearing out and it gets too loose and water comes in. The other thing I like about this brand is they don't have the frilly edges that look cute, but makes it hard to wash your face. I also have a lot of hair and this accommodates all of my hair in a bun. When they are new the elastic is a little bit tight, but I would rather it be too tight, than too loose, so I will keep purchasing them.

Keeps hair nice and dry
Have thick long heavy hair. I use a clip to put my hair up than use the shower cap over it. Keeps hairline dry. Only issue is it is tight fitting. Leaves a mark when you take it off. But worth it for me, keeps all my hair nice and dry when showering.

Works Well Although Tag Says Hand Wash Only
This shower cap is a little tighter than I expected, but it’s cute and has room for hair. If you're concerned about the tightness, this brand has an adjustable shower cap as well. I've worn my Starry Night one a few times. No regrets. I was confused why the tag says "Hand Wash Only" when they're advertised as Machine-Washable (the main reason I bought it), but I confirmed with the company that "Yes, they are machine washable but will have a longer life span if they are hand washed." The company also recommends that they are hang-dried or dried in a dryer with minimal or no heat. I appreciate the convenience of it being machine-washable, but I have yet to machine-wash it to see how it holds up.

Elastic too tight
It’s a solid cap and good quality, but the elastic is too tight and my head is average size. The elastic makes a big imprint on my forehead after showers.
