I purchased Racold Pronto Pro 3L 3KW Vertical Instant Water Heater (Geyser).I am a repeat customer of Racold geysers, have been purchasing this brand geyser whenever there is a requirement for geyser.However, on this purchase, I am not very satisfied on installation service offered by the Company.Soon after delivery, I got an SMS regarding the installation from Racold & a technician was allocated.the geyser does not come with a 3-pin plug top to connect to socket, it does not come with inlet and outlet pipes either.What is not clear in the product description is : whether the inlet and outlet pipes are free or chargeable when the technician comes to install the geyser, adding to the confusion.The technician tried to charge for the inlet pipes and because I provided one I had when he mentioned that it is chargeable, he was negligent in installing the geyser, damaging a part of the wall while fitting a nail (he did not use a drill though he brought it). When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he took the service fee and happy code also to complete the installation process. After a day, I get a message indicating the installation service request is cancelled. So, essentially he was deterring me from providing feedback.

It comes without the plug and without the hose. The concerned installation service person will contact you as soon as the product is delivered. I however didn't avail the option.
