Definitely Recommend! (Wish It Included Bigger Brush Though)
I honestly love these brushes.I read one review that pointed out the fact that the bristles dye to the color you are using. I found this to be true, but it won't affect your work in any way. I find the emphasis of this point to be a little over the top honestly, given the great price for the set. They spread wonderfully, and they feel and look high quality. My ONLY complaint is that since I am using these with acrylics, I wish they included a bigger brush than what is included. I think the amount of small brushes is somewhat... redundant. I think they should have included a 1.5 inch or 2 inch, that would've made me love this set even more.

Beautiful
Beautiful soft brushes that work tremendously well and are priced way lower than other similar products

Begginer Water-Color Artist
I purchased these for my beginning water-color college class. I paint with acrylic and this was my first time using this medium so I had very little knowledge on any good brands for brushes. I did not want to invest in expensive water-color brushes because I was uncertain if I would pursue this medium outside of this course so I went for these after reading the reviews. Fortunately I was very satisfied with this purchase. The brushes are short-handled which was great; this is my personal preference over long-handled brushes. None of the bristles fell out so I didn't have to worry about my work getting covered with the hair. The brushes worked well with the water-color paint and I had no problem working on any work. Although the brushes do come in a variety of sizes, as seen in the photo, I would recommend buyers to purchase more washes and larger round brushes. Aside from the lack of larger round brushes, which was much needed for my use, and beside the fact that I've yet to compare these to any other popular brand water-color brushes, this is a great set for any beginner water-color artist.

Nice Soft but Strong Brushes, pick up color well.
I am enjoying these paint brushes with my watercolors and inks. I have used the 4 Round most, which is a medium sized brush. I at first wanted to get a 6 Round but this one has worked out better than expected, I can cover a good amount of space and also get really fine lines with this brush. The brushes hold water and pick up color really nicely. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

awfuly wraped and grabed. STOP WITH THE GLUE..
The brushes are wrapped in shipping in a terrible way. This is the first order in my life where the brushes are held inside their box by glue. Why do you need the glue? Just leave them inside the structure that holds them and the plastic and nylon that wraps them and that's it. The glue is terrible. You have to stop with this unnecessary gluing. The glue is so strong that it tears the brush from its holder along with the paint of the wood along with the letters of the inscription. What ever for ? it stuck all the things around them..

hobby painter comment
I am not an artist. I paint purely for the fun of it. I find something to copy and have at it with acrylics. These work fine for me, and I have found they do shed a bit, but very little. So, again... not an artist, I paint for relaxation. There is a nice variety, they clean easily and really, that's all I ask of them.

Great Starter Brushes
I used these brushes for watercolor and they work pretty amazing. The only thing that bothered me though was how easy the bristles can stain. I only use it once and my brushes turn into the color I used them for.It doesn't disapoint me that much since they're student grade brushes. They are really nice and smooth brushes and they get the job done. I honestly would recommend these to anyone who wants to try any painting medium, but once I get better, I would look to spend more on artist grade brushes.
