Pretty much as advertised
This product arrived fast and in good condition, and is as described. I paid 25.99 for it, and I see it is now advertised at 32.95. Quite a hike! The 20% discount on future orders is a nice touch, and I may take advantage of it.The paper itself is one color both sides, which is what I wanted, as I have plenty of duo paper and wanted some of all one color. I think the colors are true all the way through, as I haven’t seen any white showing when I do multiple folds. However, the paper is not as “crisp” as I’d like, seems a bit soft-ish. But it holds a fold well enough for practice and for simpler origami designs. It gets soft after a bit. I read reviews about how it doesn’t tear easily, but I found it to tear about as easily as comparably priced paper. I guess you get what you pay for – paper with longer fibers that doesn’t tear easily is more expensive. The free origami e-book is also a nice touch, but you won’t find many things there that you haven’t already met up with on the internet or in many, many origami instruction books. There are a few that were new to me, I do confess that. All in all, a decent product for the price I paid. I was hoping that the “doesn’t tear easily” would be a more robust brag; and I also would like a crisper paper. But, a good deal for practicing, which I need to do very often!!!! (See my wastebasket!) I’m satisfied with this purchase, but can’t give it 5 stars.

Excellent for kusudamas
To begin with, these are not exactly "origami" origami paper. They are not thin like the japanese origami paper. That being said, I have to say these are superb. About three shades per color (gray black - and white is easy to produce; pink violet purple; red orange darker orange; lime green dark green; 3 shades of blue; orange yellow light yellow) I have to say, this is perfect for making kusudama, which I am mainly interested in. Most kusudama calls from 30 to 60 pieces, and there are 25 sheets per color so it should be easy to make about 10 kusudamas. The papers being thick help me in this regard, as you want a thicker paper to do this.If you are doing kusudama and want a smaller sized paper, this may not be the best, since they are quite large. If you are going for bigger ones (as I am) I highly recommend it.For beginner origami, the colors are great. They are the same color on both sides so you might get confused with some models if you are a beginner, but other than that they are perfect. But this paper definitely is not for the hardest models (not big enough for something like Satoshi Kamiya's dragons) but still I think you will get beautiful moderately-complex models if that is what you are going for.I suggest you get a cutting station if you think you will be using different size of papers, there are pretty good ones on amazon.

Not true origami paper
Description specifically states it doesn't tear, but when I tried to spread the wings of my crane, the back tore. There were also 3 other spots on the process of folding that tore. Waste of money of you want to use for origami.

Brilliant colors - both sides
I have loved using these origami papers! This is my second box, and I recommend it to others.
