I was really glad to find a natural product to help open up closed nasal passages, and although this isn't bad, it didn't really open me up as much as I would have liked. The smell is fine and it does help, but if you need a bit stronger product, you might want to try something different.

This smells nice, and it’s not over powering. My husband uses it at bedtime, before putting on his sleep apnea mask. Helps him sleep through the night. It’s very effective in helping him sleep, he’s a lot less stuffy. Love the natural ingredients and not all that medicine and side effects those come with.

Could be much stronger

Love this lavender sniffer thing. Just the right amount of scent.… Not too weak, not too strong. Great for calming and relaxation. Glad I bought it before a long flight. I haven’t tried any of the other scents yet, but I probably will.

Definitely helps me the smell of new car carpet and glue. Conceals bad oder and chemicals that can upset my stomach. Would buy again!

Over priced weak smelling peppermint stick. And has a weird smell.
