We went to NOLA for Mardi Gras… This stuff was on every single table, at every restaurant we went to. Like it so much we got home I had to order some. It’s very similar to Tabasco, but doesn’t have that heavy vinegar taste on a heat scale, I’d put it on 3 outta 10.

Way Cool

If you're thinking of placing an order for some Crystal, you probably already know it's the sauce you usually find on the table in New Orleans — not Tabasco. Crystal is less hot but more flavorful, with an agreeable vinegar tang. It gives a warm accent to what you're eating, without burning out your taste buds in the process, or covering up the taste of the food itself.Crystal's only fault? The company's distribution is worthless! It's a great product, but hard to find in the rest of the country. I'm glad to be able to buy it on Amazon. My order arrived quickly, well packaged and protected, with no leaks or dribbles. 5 stars it is.

If you don’t have this in your cupboard….Well…… get some! Goes on anything and adds a perfect little kick! ( ok, maybe not Cheerios, but everything else!

I have an old co-worker who moved away a couple of years ago, who messaged me and recommended this hot sauce to me. He remembered that I love hot sauce and said that it had become his new favorite. Since he recommended it so highly, I went ahead and ordered the three-pack I found on Amazon. I'm on the third bottle now. It's mild-level spicy and has a great flavor. I feel like I can add it to just about everything. I sent him a picture of a BLT with the bottle next to it with a caption that read, "BLT with hot sauce. 'Cuz why not?"Great stuff. I'll order another pack when this last bottle runs out.

Love the sauce, but all three bottles had leaked out into the bubble wrap. The caps on all three bottles were too loose. I hope the company fixes this problem, since it is messy and unpleasant to open the leaking sauce. But, otherwise I would have given five stars because the sauce is so yummy!

This sauce isn't like any "louisiana hot sauce" I've had before. Well it satisfies the basic "I'm a louisiana hot sauce" requirements, but it's also so much more. It has a depth of flavor to it that really brings out the flavor in chicken and ramen and the aftertaste feels very authentic. It's smooth and a little bit sweet, but in a natural peppery way. Use this as a total or partial substitute for Frank's RedHot in a chicken wing recipe. It won't say "buffalo" as much, but you will not be disappointed.I think that if it were thicker I wouldn't lose so much of it when I douse my food in it but other than that it's perfect.
