The media could not be loaded. It was working great for 6 months then….Was using it to power my GoPro 7 black attached to my helmet and it was working great. Went to an Airsoft tournament in Ga. and it wasn’t powering the GoPro. It would turn on but my GoPro wouldn’t. I thought it was the cable. No videos of the 2 day event. When I got home I ordered a TITAN cable. Still wasn’t powering my GoPro nor was the cable lighting up. I used an alternate power source and POWER! Under careful inspection I heard a rattling and noticed the USB connector was broken (see pi), that’s what was rattling. It fell inside the unit.It has a 2 year warranty but haven’t figured out how to have a new one delivered. If I have success and don’t have to pay anything I will be changing my 2 Star rating. Wish me luck.

I purchased this product since I was looking for an upgrade from my 5000 mah power bank. This has a nice silicone textured exterior, side grips and cover for the ports, it is rugged and comes with a built in compass, flashlight and carabiner! Can easily hook to a lunchbox or backpack while out on the trails! Flashlight could be brighter but it works fine! I’m a big OD green fan so the color choice was spot on!

Only used it a hand full of times and has stopped working after 5 months. Very disappointing. I will say it was great when it worked.Follow up: The company reached out and replaced the product without hassle. Kudos to their customer service!

Bought for my son. My husband stole it to use on vacation. We loved it. We loved the durability, the hook and compass. However the flashlight is not that bright.

I 'v been use so many power bank , but this is my favorite, It's a little heavy but durable. I like that you can charge two devices at the same time. I always offer others a charger when I have an extra port open, helpful when you are at a football game, etc. It takes a while to charge to 100% but I usually do it overnight. I like that it has a screen to let you know the remaining charge capacity. It's powerful too. The best one I Never had before! Seriously, it has a digital screen to let you know how much charged and how much left it is, unlike all the power bank I used before ! love it !

When it says in stock, and I order two, but only get one, and it happens rather a lot lately. It’s hard to give a good review. The one I did get is of good size, but it will take several weeks to test it out, I’m hoping it works good, but time will tell. Now if I can get the other one I ordered, I can maybe add more stars.

Almost immediately the waterproof cover for the ports fell off. Not that I needed it. But worse is this charges with a Micro-USB port and often it doesn't seat the plug well and just doesn't charge. I replaced it with a better model.

For being a 10000mah I was expecting it to be heavier then it it. I go peddle kayak fishing and camping most weekends so this is one of the best purchases I've made in a while. It is compact and has a great seal where the adaptors plug in. Yes I have dropped it in the river (not intentionally) and quickly fetched it out and it still works great. I did add reflective tape to it due to it being green. Other than that I would highly recommend. Oh I was able to keep charge my Samsung S7 from over a whole weekend with me watching videos, movies and high accuracy gps.
