The color is great and so is the price point. I washed them and the color still looks very bright. I am using these just as hand towels in the guest bathroom, so it is a perfect size. Very soft and it dries quickly so overall I would recommend.

I bought these hand towels only to use until bath renovations occur in the near future, not planning to use them forever. These hand towels are washed several times a week in hot water, on our washer's heavy duty wash setting and dried on high. I've had them for a few months and they look brand new. Unlike the big name brand towel sets we initially bought, the decorative band towards the ends did not shrink, making the towel a weird shape. It stayed the same size, with no frays and minimal, if any, shrinkage. I cannot comment on color fastness, although I will say my towels are still bright white, even after being smeared with make-up. The towels don't seem to hold stains. I'm sensitive to odors and these do not have or retain any weird odors. I will say that anything that survives me (I am rough on everything), has to be made of really good stock. What was initially meant to be good enough for now looks like the brand I will try after renovations finally take place. Would definitely recommend.

This review is being written after just receiving one towel set as a trial purchase. The towels arrived vacuum packed, and I was somewhat nervous as to whether or not they would fluff-up after being washed with soap and fabric softener. You should know that the water in the washing machine was the color of claret wine. Strangely, the bath towels fluffed better than the hand towels or the washcloths. They were still on the thin side, nevertheless. When dried, there was a huge amount of lint (perhaps 1-inch thick) in the dryer. In evaluating the absorbency, it was moderate. All in all, I decided to go ahead with purchasing more towels since they were quite reasonable. Be aware that if you decide--as I did--that you would chance more towel purchases, the price will go up significantly. Frankly, I felt duped!Addendum: After three washes, the wash water is now only the color of pink lemonade. It seems that the bath towels and hand towels are decent quality--reasonably thick and fluffy--but the washcloths are stiff and thin. The dryer is still coated with an inch of lint. Keep in mind that I only purchased one set of towels.Addendum #2 (the last one): I think that I have isolated the excessive lint problem. The bath and hand towels are of decent quality. On the other hand, the stiff, thin washcloths--that seem as though they are made of different material, but the same dye lot--are visibly losing the fibers and getting slight bald patches. Keep in mind that this is one week's worth of washing!
