Just installed these on my 2011 F350 and the truck doesn't recognize them. Do they have to be turned on somehow?

They have to be programmed, relearned to your truck. You can look up Utube videos on how to do that for your truck. Or some local tire shops will do it for free with their scanner. Where I live America’s tire programmed them for me for free.
