Winternacht Almond Spekulatius Spiced Cookies 10.58 Ounce

Not packaged well. Some of the cookies were broken. Overpriced. Same cookies they sell at Aldi for a lower price.

These were delicious, crispy and fresh. So yummy just like I remember them being. Not too sweet just right for snack time!

The cookies are great. Very tasty. But they arrived with every single cookie broken to bits. Clearly at some point the package had been badly mishandled. It came packed in one of Amazon’s “treat me like a box” bag’s which did little to protect the contents, so I am inclined to blame Amazon.

I loved everything about this cookie.It reminded me of my childhood when my mom would buy these cookies for us. Delicious!

The cookies were stale and did not taste like the cookies I grew up eating in Germany.

Half the cookies were broken on arrival. The box was shipped in a bubble envelope and was crushed on one corner, not nearly enough protection for expensive cookies.

They were packaged very well! Cookies were all intact and tasted exactly the way they always do and were very fresh. They are a bit expensive but I love them so much I paid the price anyway. I can usually buy them at Aldis during the Christmas holiday but Aldis didn’t carry on this year so I went ahead and bought them online and we’ll do it again.

The cookies are actually very good, (just like I remember), but these aren't the brand I ordered (see photo). I don't have any brand knowledge of (or loyalty for) spiced cookies, but if someone is really expecting Winternacht and gets these, they might be disappointed. (As I said, these taste good to me.)The packaging was horrible, though. I got very lucky (and the transit/delivery people were phenomenal at not damaging these), but all 4 boxes were just tossed in a NON-CUSHIONED plastic Amazon shipping bag.
