Great for ALL Ages
GREAT game. I loved it, my four year old loved it, the friend she had over loved it so much that she asked for the game for her 11th birthday. It took a couple of times of playing it, but my four year old has now gotten the hang of it on her own and even knows what most of the chance cards mean. However, it is still fun enough that everyone can enjoy it. It is purely based on luck unlike the regular monopoly, but it is a great introduction to monopoly. You go around the board similar to regular monopoly, but whatever property you land on, you have to buy it. The rent is the same price as it was to buy the property, with prices ranging from $1-$5. There are two properties of each color and if you own both the rent for landing on either is double. Having a frozen edition just adds to the excitement!

Granddaughter loves it!
This junior version of monopoly is perfect for my 5 year old granddaughter and even the 31/2 year old will play it for a while. She leaves halfway through and we move her piece around and then she comes back and plays. My 5 year old will stick to the very end of the game. She loves the piece Anna and always plays that piece. She is learning to count money. I think it would be good to add 5 dollar bills ,so she could count back. She is a great player and definitely knows what a monopoly means. I have the game at my house and we play it there and always asks for me to bring it when we go there. The pieces are a good size for kids and easy to maneuver. Just like the junior original only with Frozen places and Frozen characters,it is just so fun for them. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone. My 15 year old will play but refuses to be anyone but olaf!

Fantastic and Simple
I bought this for my five year old niece. We started playing regular monopoly to teach her money which she loved, but halfway through the game she would get bored and quit. I thought we would try the JR. Version. She picked Frozen because let's face it that's all the kids want. She is able to finish an entire game and learn about money. The best part is she can play with my 11 year old daughter and they both still enjoy it. The downside to this game is that they only deal with one dollars bills instead of varying amounts of money. The other problem is that it only comes with three token instead of the usual four that come with regular Monoploy Jr. Still we all love and are very happy!

Good game for 10 and under
I got introduced to monopoly at a young age and always loved playing it on a rainy day with my family. My daughter is 8 years old and I bought the game to play it with her. She loves Frozen and loves playing monopoly. The junior version is so easy for kids under 10 to play but any kids over age 10 will probably get a little bored. My niece got bored after the second game. I can say that the game ends pretty quickly! The game consist of $1 bills and the properties can get bought fairly quickly. Overall, good game!

They were engaged and it's a good segway to more advanced games (though if they play ...
Sat down and played with the kids for a couple hours. They were engaged and it's a good segway to more advanced games (though if they play by themselves it's monopoly so someone needs to be capable of being the banker.) As opposed to regular monopoly, there is a very clear start and stop to the game. Once someone can't pay for a property or rent, then everyone counts up their assets. The only downside is it's only for 3 players.

The minion one we got had a weird board but this is just like monopoly I remember
In our family we have game night on the weekends. I have always been a fan of Monopoly and my 8 and 2 yr old wanted Monopoly Jr so we got this and I am surprised. The minion one we got had a weird board but this is just like monopoly I remember.. sorta... There is only 3 game pieces and the bills are only in 1's which I understand it's easier for kids to count. However I wish there were at least some 5's and some more character pieces. All in all it IS a great game and we absolutely love it.

Not great quality, but still fun!
I struggled with giving this 3 or 4 stars. It's a cute game, I love the theme but seems small and only comes with 3 characters. It's definitely a long way from the quality I remember from when I last played.... but my 5 year old doesn't know the difference and loves to play it, so three stars for functionality.

Good Choice for Adults to Play with children age 4 - 6.
My 5 year old niece loved this. Her twin brother seemed to enjoy it also. I also enjoyed the game when I played with them (it was for 2 or 3 players), I was delighted to find out it didn't take long to play - nothing like the classic version, thank goodness! Also liked that they had to count - everything cost $1 or a multiple of $1. They didn't notice they were learning about numbers, money, strategy, etc. while they were having fun.
