As kombucha needs real cane sugar, this works great, and also keeps my otherwise organic kombucha, well, still organic. A pretty good value for the money, I think.

Good taste, flowed easily, but granules are larger than I expected. Haven’t had it long enough to assess for clumping. I would buy this again and recommend it. I have a dry Vitamix blender container that I could use to make finer granules for cake baking. If so inclined.

It taste even better than the sugar that has bone charres in it! It tastes real! You actually can taste the sweetness much faster and at least it’s not made with bone fragments. Cost? Probably too expensive but if you can’t get it anywhere else . Can’t say much. But I’ve enjoyed it! Great product!

First time I have ordered this in such a large package and I will order again as I was pleasantly surprised. No clumps in it anywhere but just a very fine grade cane sugar. I am very happy with this purchase.
