I normally take the Bioglan Everyday Formula Biotic Balance, but thought I would try the new Everyday Double Strength Biotic Balance. No obvious difference to how I am feeling with the new double strength formula. The New one contains 6 strains of good micro-organisms instead of just 4. The new strains are Bifidobacterium infantis and Bifidobacterium bifidum.The only down side was the packaging – far too much and difficult to open. Will continue to buy either formula of this great product.

Easy to swallow capsules. I have felt better since taking them and my digestion has improved.
