At first I was thinking this was too heavy amd bulky but with an African grey as you may know they will bite through most of the similar things on here anyway put the foot ring on when it first arrived after abit of a battle yes then I have just left her with the ring to get used it now a couple of months on we are walking around outside which she loves next stop flight training outdoors anyway initial impression was it wasn't any good but as all parrot owners should know time is everything and once given the time Ellie is l happy to wear this and it is a very good quality strong anti bite solution is you don't want to lose your bird I would highly recommend this item thanks

Our macaw wouldn't entertain a harness and this is really the only alternative, the clasp is quite heavy so won't keep it on her full time like the instructions say, the only thing I would change is the clip, if it was a bit longer it would make taking it on and off an option and a lot easier.I will say that this is prob not the best if your bird is keen to go flying, it's more of a just in case for us as our macaw does seem interested in flying away but you never know.An option to have it engraved would be good 👍

Not very easy at all to connect the little round bit

i brought this for my Indian ring neck parrot as i was training and taming him but my fault i brought the wrong size and falls straight off him but the chain harness is a very good one and is very strong and made well.

Excellent quality. Very light and all that..One problem though. My African Grey knows how to open the carabiner hook .Needs to have clever parrot proof locking mechanism.

These are illegal in some countries as they are dangerous and can cause serious injury to your bird
