A unique niche product that's well done
This is a unique product; I haven't seen anything else like it. I replaced one of the kitchen counter outlets with it. Note that the charger part does not extend into the wall -- so you're just replacing a single outlet, which is nice (but it couldn't be used in multiple gang scenarios, because the wall plate is unique). One possible negative is that the Qi charger appears to only be 5 watts, not a fast (7.5 or 10 w) charger. Works great with our iPhone 8 Pluses. There's a little red light that is lit when your phone is charging. It is supposed to turn to green once the phone has been completely charged, but not surprisingly this aspect does not work with iPhones.

Nice Addition!
I bought another brand prior to this and paid for it. I got wise and bought this unit the next time. You typically get what you pay for. It's worth paying for quality. Looks great and functions great

Easy set up
Easy to set up great price and this charges my phone even with my case on. Usually buy chargers and they end up getting lost love this item

phone charger stopped working
the phone charger portion of this outlet stopped working after 1.5 years. The outlet and usb is still fine. However the reason I bought this was to avoid having cables on my kitchen counter. Sadly, we are back to using cables.

Neat gadget
This replaced a 2-port USB outlet in our kitchen. Now we have this 1 USB port outlet with Qi charger. It works great. every now and then it becomes tilted due to the phone weight, it's simple to just adjust it back to level, but will tend to tilt over time. Still, I highly recommend this product. My wife uses her phone to play music in the kitchen while cooking and baking, and this keeps the phone out of the way and charging without any cables cluttering up the countertops.

Overall, I am happy
12/26/20 update:It appears the new iOS update (?) now allows for the wall charger light to (sometimes) turn white once the iPhone is fully charged. Also, if you have the iPhone 12 Pro Max, I have found you can only orient the phone sideways. You cannot charge the phone placed in the holder vertically. It only charges horizontally.——————————————-This outlet is exactly what I needed. I like to keep my iPhone charged at the opposite end of my bedroom, as I do not like having the phone near me when I'm sleeping. The problem I was having is that I did not want to buy a small table to lay the iPhone on, and I did not like having the wires just flow to the floor.Installing this device was not too difficult. This is the first time I've replaced an electrical outlet, so I was a bit intimidated at first. After turning off all power to my house, I dove in head first and installed it. It ended up taking maybe 10 minutes total.A few things that keep it from being a 5 out of 5:1) For iPhones, as others have mentioned, the light stays red while charging and never turns green (to indicate that the phone is fully charged). This is not a deal breaker for me. I like that the light turns red, as it lets me know the phone was placed on the pad correctly, and is charging2) I would prefer the charging pad to be white instead of dark grey, just for aesthetics.Overall, I am happy this device exists, as it is just want I needed. I might buy another one for my kitchen.

Who knew...
I could be so excited about an electrical outlet! Relatively easy to install with the right tools (wire cutter); device is well marked for inserting the wires. I am a novice and this is the first outlet I have installed. Took me about an hour working slowly and methodically. (However, I unlocked the front door just in case;)Looks sharp above the counter and has significantly reduced all the cords clutter. I have a Samsung Note 9 Samsung Flip View case and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend.Plan to install a dual USB-C charger/outlet at the other end of the counter.

Love it very convenient to charge phone in bathroom or kitchen to get rid of cords
Love it very convenient to charge phone in bathroom or kitchen to get rid of cords. If you have a magnetic car phone holder, popsock or wallet on your back of your phone case then will not work.
