Can you easily pull out the Silicone molds from the base after freezing? I have to struggle to pull them out!

Mine are always easy to pull out. Be sure not to overfill it or it will spill out as it freezes and stick to the rim of the base. Also if the outside of the molds are wet, they could also stick to the base when they freeze. Lastly, the liquid you pour in should not be cold, cool or room temp is fine. The reason is that if the liquid is already cold, the top of the mold (part with the most exposure to air) can freeze over first, creating a cap. Because the liquid below can't expand up because of the ice cap, the liquid must expand out, stretching the mold as it freezes. This may be what's causing problem.Warmer liquids freeze more uniformly, so they will tend to expand up, lifting the popsicle stick, instead of out, stretching the mold.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The instructions say that they are not dishwasher safe. That being said, they clean so easily I haven't minded hand washing them. I have never had to soak or scrub them vigorously.

are these made of food grade silicone for sure? It doesnt say on their website

I’ve been searching for an easy-to-use popsicle mould for quite some time since the regular plastic ones in the market are a bit of a hassle to handle and tricky to clean. I am loving this Zoku product because it’s so chic, and easy to fill and clean. The popsicle shape is so original and fun. The outer casing is hard plastic, but the inner mould is silicone and it peels off easily to unmould. There is no need to run it under water to unmould. Compact enough for my freezer. I use a funnel to fill the moulds without spills, although tiny spoons can also be used.
