Awesome counting cookies for toddler
The media could not be loaded. I love how clean this product is. The can is in sealed plastic and each cookies are individually wrapped and put together in another plastic. My toddler kid loves it very much. Each cookie has number on it from 0-10 and each cookie has chocolate chips according to the number it represent. So 0 is the only one with no chocolate chip on it. It is educational help toddler learn numbers too. Recommended for 18 months and up.

Chips Ahoy! Cute, durable counting cookie set
This set is a nice addition to your play kitchen if you are looking for play cookies with the added bonus of having the counting/number id feature. It includes 11 plastic play cookies and 1 plastic cookie jar. I honestly got this set because I just wanted more play cookies so my son could "bake" and we currently only have one cookie (from another Learning Resources set). While this set doesn't include all the other baking "tools" that other sets do (such as baking pan, rolling pin, etc), it's really not the focus and didn't bother me because I already have those items. If you're looking for a "baking set" than you'll want to look elsewhere. While my son can already identify numbers, he still needs to learn counting sets, so I'm pleased that I can use them for that too.The cookies themselves are realistic and durable though they are slightly lighter and smaller than the other chocolate chip cookies this company makes (see picture - the "counting cookies" are on the left vs regular cookie on the right). The difference is small and wouldn't bother a kid. I like that they're sized perfectly to fit with our play kitchen (Ikea Duktig). The cookies fit on the Ikea baking sheet and in the oven and the cookie jar fits perfectly in the top shelf (see picture). The only thing I wish it had was one additional cookie so that you'd have a dozen, but I understand why they went with only 11 cookies (numbers 0-10).** I purchased this product at full retail cost for use in our home. I write reviews because I myself rely greatly on others' reviews when purchasing products. If you found my review helpful, please click "YES". Thank you! **

very educational and versatile
My 2 year old and 3 year old boys both love this toy. My two year old uses it to just learn how to recognize numbers and count individual cookies. My three year old uses it to count the chips on the cookies. He's even using it to do simple addition (if we each have one cookie, there are two cookies type of thing). You'll be surprised how long your kids will play with this. Great product, highly recommend.

Great for autistic child
This toy is really cute. My grandson plays with it for hours. He is autistic and this toy captured his attention for more than 45 minutes. Excellent learning tool for kiddies!

Educational and fun
I purchased this for $13, which I feel is a more appropriate price than $20. The cookie jar is plastic and about 7 inches high. The cookies are hollow plastic and about 2 inches in diameter. The set is smaller than I expected but that is okay because that means it easily fits on our toy kitchen. The cookies are numbered on the bottom 0-11 and have a corresponding number of chocolate chips on the top. I dislike the fact that the cookies are hollow - you can actually squeeze them. I think it would be a higher quality product if the cookies were solid. That being said my 3-year-old daughter loves this toy. It keeps her attention for a long period of time. I like that it is both educational and fun. She knows her numbers and likes to count so this toy reinforces those principles. It also allows us to work on the concept of numbers being smaller or larger than other numbers. She immediately complained that the zero cookie was missing chocolate chips and I explained that's what zero means.Apart from the numbers, she loves taking the cookies out of the jar and putting them back in, pretending to bake the cookies in her toy kitchen, pretending to eat the cookies, and pretending a cookie bandit stole the cookies. I love that such a simple product can inspire such imaginative play! Whether looking to teach your child numbers or simply to purchase toy food, I think this is a great choice.

Excellent toy
A great toy that is fun and educational. It helped my son learned to count when he was 2.He is now almost 4.5 and still loves to reach for this cookie jar set.We use these pretend cookies for counting exercises, baking in the kitchen and serving snacks during tea time.I enjoy the fact that this toy can be used for many things and the cookies are numbered on one side & have matching chocolate chip amounts on the other side.Totally cute!I definitely recommend and would purchase as a gift.
