Amazing for me
I started taking this because I have a long history with IBS and SIBO. I have eliminated foods, used prescribed antibiotics, seen naturopathic doctors, seen top GI doctors, taken probably every probiotic available and followed every crazy sounding help because I have bern miserable for years. I did not think I would ever be normal. I read in clinical trails this helped IBS, it was cheap and limited side effects, so I tried it. I am astounded, speechless- no more pain, no bloating, and I am normal for the first time in 5 years. I am planning on running a 5k for first time ever- I could not even run errands without worrying about a bathroom location. It took about 2 weeks to kick, I took one or two a day with my magnesium and I swear it’s like when I was a kid. My life is normal. This for sure changed my life so far. Nothing I took before ever did this.On a side note, it could be my imagination, but my skin is incredible. I am nearing 50 and I was contemplating lasers and stuff to smooth and lighten dark spots but I swear this did it. I still have sagging skin (You know the neck lines and some jowl issues) but the actual texture is like soft and smooth and my wrinkles around eyes and forehead are less.Other things that may be associated or may just be because I don’t have painful ibs symptoms: my body doesn’t hurt or ache as much (I have always worked out everyday, sometimes too much, and no longer seem to have sore muscles like I did)My nails seem longer (again could be my imagination or I am just getting full nutrition because I am not having bathroom issues)And no side effects I can tell.*ps* I only purchased on amazon once but I prefer buying from a local store- just to know it’s real and safe.

Can not use if you are on blood thinners. Read labels and research product before you buy. Can't use, waste of money.
