After 6 weeks of exclusively pumping milk for my new born, I realised that even hospital grade pump was not able to empty my breasts fully. Been taking these while breastfeeding, to prevent clogged ducts & mastitis. After getting mastitis once(with a 103° fever!), I wanted to take whatever I could to prevent that from ever happening again! 😩 It seems to have worked, when I felt another clogged duct coming on (latch, massage & heat!).
