Funori Japanese Seaweed Hair Cleanser and Conditioner

This seaweed powder is fantastic! I use it the traditional way and it imparts such a lovely softness and shine. It is soothing to the scalp and really nourishes the hair. I don’t use anything else on my hair now!Customer service is excellent and products arrived well-packaged with some complimentary samples (which are also great!!). I really appreciate these natural products and will continue to order for years to come.

I first tried this by itself (just mixed in water) as a shampoo, but it left my hair greasy. Then I tried mixing it with my shampoo and some water, and it was AWESOME. I used the Acure Shampoo for dry hair, which left my hair dull and limp on its own, but with the seaweed my hair came out soft, shiny, and bouncy. I didn't need to use conditioner.I will definitely be buying more when I run out!I must point out that it is currently cheaper to buy this directly from Wawaza.

I purchased this a few years ago, and recently re-discovered it in my bathroom closet. I had been too lazy to mix up my second batch, but recently did and it is so worth it. I make about 1/2 cup of the mixture, then add my shampoo to that. The description that states that you'll notice a difference after one use is true! My hair is fine, but I have a LOT of it. Helps my long hair feel revived.

I’m always looking for something to help with my very fine, delicate and dry curly hair. I heard about this product from a very random YouTube video, As a treatment for hair loss. It does have a strong smell but it’s tolerable. The results, so far, are amazing !! My hair is super shiny and the curls are very defined. I was also very impressed by how carefully it was packaged. Will buy again and recommend to everyone.

Excellent product. I use it the traditional way, it leaves my hair soft, detangled and the curls are well defined and frizz-free without the need to use styling products. Carefully packaged and very good customer service. Loved the samples too. I will definitely buy again.

The minute I received it, I went to wash my hair to try it, I didn't really follow the tsp and water ratio, I simply put half cup hot water and slow mix in some of the powder, until it was of a thick/ viscous consistency. After shampooing, I put cooled mixture in hair, and let it sit for a while. THEN I rinse out using my regular conditioner as it kinda makes the hair hardish. I love it, almost no hair shedding , and that was just first usage. It smells a but like the "sea" but not unpleasant, you just know its because it's a genuine sea products. It came with some additional product samples from the company which was a pleasant surprise, even though I already had the large oil, bit I shall use the sample container as the perfect tube to oil my scalp.

Came in 9 days from Japan, parcel very well packed, as for product is a good quality , easy to follow directions, written in English , very good for parched and frizzy hair, clean well and right moisture just in seconds, very good results on my coarse hair.

This works better than bumble and bumble seaweed shampoo and conditioner. Use it with phosphate free shampoo. Used it on my daughter's very curly hair. Was flat and lost curls on the top layer just frizz. Now it is bouncy, shiny, and curly throughout. Much of the frizz is gone after one use. I didn't order a shampoo bottle as the one spoon mixed with hot water directions say that one spoon is good for 5 uses. I would recommend ordering a bottle to store that in because I did not and had to improvise.
