Great quality, terrible company

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked Madam Glam because the products don't cause allergic reactions. However, the company has the worst customer service of almost any company I've ever interacted with. They don't have a phone number. They lie to you about shipping time. Also, the brush is round. Who wants a round polish/gel brush? Quality:The gel is great and the polish is very pigmented.

Not happy

It never said I needed to order a iv light or even offer one to buy. Not pleased with this product. Cant use it will have to just throw it out

Not HEMA free

Got this because I thought I’d be safe from HEMA and other toxins as I typically am sensitive to gel polish. It’s advertised as toxin free. Unfortunately still had a reaction to the formula. Disappointed.

Great polish, terrible Amazon shipping.

I LOVE Madam Glam products but Amazon has GOT to pay more attention to the orders they send out. I purchased the clear base and I got a clear top coat. These polishes aren't returnable. Luckily Amazon took care of this as they should, but I'm very nervous about this happening again.I've just ordered a replacement, but if Amazon doesn't get this right again I'll have to stop purchasing Madam Glam via Amazon. This has been my preferred method for this brand because shipping takes too long through their website to get to my door.
