Value for money
First of all i would like to say for a refurbished / renewed laptop, i did not expect too much as it was something i wanted for less price and with decent quality for my personal use. I was surprised to see a almost like new laptop being delivered to me which was clean (not with any food crumbs or waste) and holds charge for about 2-3 hours (I don't expect it to stay on battery charge for the whole day) and good performance. It came with 8 GB RAM (maximum allowed for these units) and 256 GB SSD.Bootup after initial configuration of the Windows 10 Pro 64bit OS which it was supplied with is under a minute and the fingerprint scanner is easier way to login along with other options which MS Windows 10 offers.I have installed some other software for development work along with MS Office (from my own subscription) and everything works fine. Although i would love to have higher RAM (16 GB min), i am happy with what i received and thanks for the speedy delivery and a very good laptop for a decent price anyone could afford.Overall, recommend the renewed versions and happy with my purchase.

Disappointed.
Good laptop from a known brand. The loss of a star comes from the fact the external battery was a dud. You would have thought that a check that both batteries were in working order would part of the refurbishment process. I bought a replacement battry at extra cost making this an ok deal rather than an excellent deal.Also know that a lot of updates to the system and OS will need to be performed which took all of the first day of ownership.

Great value laptop
Ordered this for my 8 year old as a Christmas present and was a good send on the last lockdown as he had zoom lessons on it 3 times a week and could access work himself etc instead of needing to use my work one! Great value for what’s a pretty good spec laptop (especially for an 8 year old but wanted it to last him a while!) We haven’t used it for anything demanding as such but it’s quick to use including firing up and shutting down and considering it’s not brand new it’s in great condition. Would recommend

Nice but...
Laptop is all I've expected when I ordered it except for one thing, battery.Although when refurbished main battery was replaced with 6 cell one it comes at a cost as internal battery was removed completely and replaced with the spacer.It will work for me, but if you expect more running time you may be disappointed.
