Read many negative comments about it being expensive. Well, before commenting on that, let me discuss 'RID' (Resin Identification Code); which is MANDATORY on all plastic products (you can find them on the bottom, inside a triangle; a number from 1 to 7).Check the soft-drink bottles & / or mineral water bottles. The RID on them is 1. Simply means that they are NOT suitable for multiple use (unless you are NOT worried about the possible health issues, INCLUDING CANCER).5 is the best in class, for multiple use.2 & 4 can be used with care for a much limited times.1, 3, 6 & 7 are 'polycarbonate' and AVOID THEM to store food items.So, back to the price part. Did read a 'wiseguy' (or girl) commenting that he got plastic bottle for 90 INR. So unless you are blind, check the RID. I'll bet it would be 1 or 3.The best way to health is to use glass bottles. If that is not possible, switch to the best quality plastic like Tupperware, which is highly reputed brand.And if you still think the Class 1 or 3 which has a paper sticker which reads 'Food Grade', please buy that (and live with the consequences).

Received the product in good condition. Leak proof. Very useful . My elderly mother uses this as her water bottle at home.Worth buying it.
