These chewable gummy‘s taste great to me. I’ll take two in the morning and two in the evening since the dosage is four gummy‘s per day. If my pain is worse I take four all at once but there are days I don’t need them at all. Since I have allergies to NSAID pain meds this is a godsend. They contain 95% curcuminoids and bioperine. Proper ingredients for better absorption. Quality product for a med-high price point. I Won’t sacrifice quality for a lower price when it comes to my health and honestly you shouldn’t either. Now if I could just kick my nasty addiction to sugar (a #1 cause of inflammation 😞) I’d be even better!

The reason that I like this gummy is because it supports inflammatory response. The taste is pretty good, which makes taking it easier daily. However, I wish there was more info on the proper dosage and I would love to see more gummies in each pack. I love the Garden of Life brand. I also take their Women's 40+ multi vitamin. I have the MTFHR C677T gene mutation and I cannot take vitamins with synthetic folic acid and this brand is one of the only ones I have found that uses natural, plant based folate that my body can actually use. I bought these Turmeric gummies because I tried using the turmeric powder and drops and they were just nasty. I have fibromyalgia, Chronic Lyme and lesions on my brain, as well as spondyloarthritis, so I need some type of anti-inflammatory and I do not like taking medications.
