Fresh and tasty.
The tea is fresh tasting and is packaged in a quality bag made of a thin cellophane or something like that. It does tear easily if you put a measuring spoon into the opening without care. So if you keep it in the bag and place it back in the box be careful. I tightly twist the opening I made and twist tie it closed. I use a Breville tea maker. I measure out the tea put it in the little tea holder cup like piece with a coffee filter altered to fit the tea holder. Add water, turn on the tea maker and watch the little tea holder be dropped down in the water then back up letting the tea leaves do their thing. You can make the tea strong or mild but it's a smooth tea taste. I just bought my 3rd box. It last the two of us a good while.

Very nice
Very nice black tea. A bit more fragrant than Tetley. I will probably go back to Tetley as it is half the price of this.

Love that I can still buy loose leaf Lipton black tea. Thank you for providing it.
I can no longer get this product in local stores. I have used this loose leaf Lipton black tea for more than 60 years. Its excellent quality has not changed in all this time.

Not what I thought it was!
It's loose Leaf Tea. I was thinking my wife bought the wrong thing. After brewing my usual way (33 grams, 500' deep well water sous vide to 195 degrees, steep 4 minutes for 1 gallon) I was presented with delicious ambered orange sweet tea. Very good 👍

The initial taste is off putting, the after taste is dirty coffee.
I've been using Lipto. Tea bags for years, decided to try loose tea to brew since it's supposed to be better without the glue sprayed tea bags.At first I was confused but how it looks like ground up beans (exact look of coffee beans ground up). It doesn't look like normal dry tea leaves, it's chunky bits. Then the initial tase of plain hot tea is very off putting, it does NOT taste like lipton tea at all. It's got a hard mouth sneering bite to it.Then the after taste is that of dirty coffee. For someone who has never liked coffee, but has been a tea drinker for 15 years, this 1 and only cup was a chore to even get through half a cup.THIS IS NOT PLEASENT TASTING TEA!

This is by far NOT, your standard US Lipton tea product!
For anyone that is confusing, Lipton, yellow tea with the regular US Lipton brand, will definitely find themselves quite mistaken! This tea has a very high-quality taste to it and I’m sure the people in India would not put up with what in America passes for teaAnother complaint that I have seen, is that this tea is somehow processed, and that is indeed true. The tea actually looks like little super tiny B-Bs, but I assure you it doesn’t seem to have harmed the actual taste of the tea itself. All of the high notes are still there without any kind of strange processed taste. And I am very familiar, with what either age or over processing of a tea does to it.This tea is a very strong and robust tea without any excessive astringency or tanin-taste.So definitely use very little, and steep it for a short period of time.I have bought this tea several times as I consume a lot of it!I think you’ll be very happy with it!

Better than the U.S. version of Lipton Tea
I brew this tea in a Mr Coffee brewer, just use this loose leaf tea in place of coffee. Use 50cc of tea brewed with 10 coffee cups of water. Then I sweeten and dilute with 10 more cups of water and serve over ice. Makes the best sweet tea I’ve ever had. So spoiled to this tea that I can’t drink the restaurant tea anymore.
