Does this lotion hear diaper rash?

This is not a healing lotion. So, no it will not heal diaper rash. I actually use it as a hand and body lotion for myself.

Can this lotion be used as kids face cream?

YES. I put it on my little twin granddaughters' faces. They're 16 months old. I've done that since they were about 7 months old. I wouldn't use it on a newborn without checking with their pediatrician first.

I ordered new look, but old look cream was delivered.. as both are same formula it's ok.. but cost varies for new and old look.. so correct product should be delivered.
